Ok a brief test shows that there is a big overheating problem with the Charger, even on 0% grill tape it overheats. Not a problem with the SC Charger.
There also seems to be the same problem with the Lateral Weight as was the case with the Monaro, so here's what I changed on that *.HDV

CGRightRange=(0.480, 0.005, 9) // fraction of weight on right tires
CGRearRange=(0.460, 0.005, 11) // fraction of weight on rear tires
